ezCaretech signs MOU with Singapore NCS to Foray into the Southeast Asian market
On February 5th, Korea’s leading healthcare IT company, ezCaretech (CEO, Wee Won-ryang), signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Singapore’s ICT company NCS for business cooperation in the field of healthcare and medical solutions.
On the 5th, the MOU signing ceremony was held remotely at the headquarters of ezCaretech. Major officials from both companies attended to discuss the business status and cooperation plans including CEO Wee Won-Ryang, Vice President Hwang Hee, Howie Sim, Vice President, Healthcare and Transport Client Service Unit, NCS, and Jim Sim from Healthcare Part. They decided to cooperate to expand the global market of healthcare solutions and ICT services.
NCS is a member of the Singtel Group and the leading information, communications and technology (ICT) service provider with presence in the Asia Pacific region, including China and Australia. NCS delivers end-to-end ICT solutions to help governments and enterprises realize business value through digital transformation and the innovative use of technology.
Through this MOU, the two companies plan to cooperate in all areas, including the construction and operation of healthcare solutions, localization, and project bidding. NCS will provide digital and professional IT services in infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity and cloud.
And ezCaretech pursue business cooperation of hospital information system (HIS) and diagnostic laboratory medicine system (LIS) targeting countries in Asia Pacific where NCS has growth plans. ezCaretech will also provide technical advice to NCS based on its excellent global digital healthcare technology and expertise.
Inking the MOU with NCS, ezCaretech expects to gain momentum to enter the APAC market with great potential in the fields of HIS, big data analysis, cloud, and smart solutions. The two companies have cooperated in various initiatives since Dec 2019. Dec 2019 in NCS.
